While operations aims at reducing costs of services that are offered to customers, marketing aims at attracting customers through various advertisements and other endeavors(Fazlzadeh, 2012). Sole aim of marketing activities is to increase profitability of the hotel. Human Resources needs to focus on operations such that customer satisfaction can be increased and attended to.
